SOMETIMES IT'S BETTER TO ACCEPT NO ONE THAN TO ACCEPT ANYONE.

"We need a person, it was too late yesterday." A sentence I hear quite often.

Companies will select the best candidate from the available applicants, even if they don't meet all the criteria. The position needs to be filled, the pressure is mounting, and the company is frustrated.

But here comes the risk: A BAD CHOICE is worse than an empty chair.

Why?

Because an UNSUITABLE PERSON will not solve the problem, but will multiply it.

Unreliability, poor team energy, lack of skills, or unwillingness to collaborate – all of these quickly rub off on others. They can impact the existing team, the client or supplier base, the reputation in the market, and so on.

Many companies contact me ONLY AFTER BAD EXPERIENCES or after exhausting all options.

They say:

"We don't want to experience this again. Help us find someone who really fits in."

Headhunting at SAM International SK/CZ is not about overwhelming our client with a lot of irrelevant resumes. It is not about QUANTITY.

It's about the QUALITY of the candidates, we are looking for someone who will really fit into the company.

Someone who will not just FILLE A POSITION, but REALLY HELP THE COMPANY.

"Sometimes it's better to hold out for a while and find someone worth waiting for"
